Over the last couple of months, I have had conversation after conversation with people about mental fortitude. I'm not good enough, if you don’t believe in yourself then why should someone else? The fact is in sports before a player can get on the field or court they have to be in physical shape both mentally and physically to play the game.
We cannot form our lips to say or cry that we don’t get the opportunities when in fact we are some of us do not possess the mental toughness to be able to handle the pressure.
